At Lambros Army, we want you to love your copy of One More Step. If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong item or decide you no longer want your purchase.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your book arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at lambrosarmy@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the book and packaging.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not return a damaged item before contacting us.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your product has a fault, please contact us so we can resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
